Patrick offers quality customer service to his family of clients.

Patrick Tolan came to Bloomington in 1981 to attend Indiana University and fell in love with Bloomington and Southern Indiana while earning his B.A. with a double major in Religious Studies and Political Science. Patrick met his lovely wife Adrienne while running the Walnut Street Cafe'. Patrick attributes his good nature and great customer service skills to twenty years working in food service and catering and five years with Bell Trace Senior Living Community prior to becoming a Realtor. 

As a Realtor with Century 21 Realty Group Patrick was awarded both the "Rookie of the Year" awards in number of homes sold and commission earned winning over all the Century 21 Realy Group Companies nominees for 2004. Patrick has won multiple years for quality customer service and sales.  Patrick has been happy for return clients and clients referring friends and family to him for his skillful Real Estate representation.  Patrick's business continues to grow and he is happy to give his clients the best in customer service.
